About the Role

As a Nursing House Supervisor (RN) at MiraVista, you serve as the senior nursing presence during night shifts, carrying both administrative authority and clinical oversight. Working closely with hospital leadership and the administrator on-call (AOC), you keep the facility running smoothly when daytime management is off-site, acting as the central point of contact across departments and helping resolve issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate nursing staff throughout assigned night shifts, ensuring appropriate coverage and workflow.
• Oversee patient care across the facility, supporting clinical decision-making and quality standards.
• Uphold compliance with established hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between units, staff, and the administrator on-call, escalating concerns when needed.
• Partner with hospital leadership to maintain safe, efficient operations during off-hours.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory capability in a clinical environment.
• Sound judgment for managing staffing, patient care priorities, and policy enforcement independently.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate across teams and with on-call administration.
• Availability to work the part-time night shift schedule (24 hours per week) on-site in Halyoke.
