About the Role

As an Hourly Manager at Burger King Gilbert, you'll step into a shift leadership position that bridges the gap between crew execution and restaurant management. You'll work alongside the General Manager and Assistant Manager to drive daily operations, uphold brand standards, and deliver the fast, friendly service Burger King guests expect.

What You'll Do

• Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager in supervising crew members and Team Leaders throughout each shift
• Ensure orders are taken accurately, promptly, and with a courteous guest experience every time
• Address and resolve customer concerns on the spot, turning issues into positive experiences
• Open the restaurant and complete all opening procedures, including cash drawer setup and initiating system processes
• Handle end-of-shift deposits, including finalizing receipts from the previous night's close
• Monitor food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standards throughout your shift
• Coach and motivate crew members to maintain productivity and a positive team environment
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and Burger King operational guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in a quick-service restaurant, fast food, or similar high-volume food service environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team under pressure while maintaining service quality
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Comfort handling cash, operating POS systems, and completing basic opening/closing financial procedures
• Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to take ownership of shift outcomes
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
