About the Role

This is a full-time travel position within the Therapy discipline, ideal for a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant who enjoys variety, mobility, and the chance to support patients in a new community. The assignment is scheduled to begin on July 13, 2026, and runs for approximately 13 weeks. You will work 40 hours weekly across 8-hour day shifts, partnering closely with physical therapists to deliver hands-on care that helps patients restore movement, build strength, and regain independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans designed by supervising physical therapists for patients in the Turner and Salem, Oregon area.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and recovery routines.
• Track patient progress and report observations to the clinical team.
• Help set up equipment and maintain a safe, supportive treatment environment.
• Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and care techniques.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant credentials valid for practice in Oregon.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to relocate temporarily for a travel assignment in Marion County.
• Note: additional certifications may be required prior to the start of the assignment.
