Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

SharkNinja is hiring a Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join its people team at the company's headquarters in Needham, Norfolk County, Massachusetts — an on-site, full-time leadership role at one of the fastest-moving consumer product companies in the world.

About the Role

As a Director-level HRBP at SharkNinja, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior business leaders, translating organizational goals into people strategies that fuel growth and performance. You'll operate at the intersection of business strategy and talent, ensuring the company's most important asset — its people — are positioned to win.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain close partnerships with senior and executive leaders to shape workforce strategy, organizational design, and long-range talent planning
• Guide leaders through complex employee relations matters, performance challenges, and organizational change with sound judgment and clear communication
• Lead succession planning and talent pipeline development across the client groups you support
• Leverage HR data and workforce analytics to surface insights, drive decisions, and measure the effectiveness of people programs
• Champion culture, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives that reflect SharkNinja's values and growth ambitions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Centers of Excellence across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development to deliver integrated HR solutions
• Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners, setting a high bar for strategic thinking and execution
• Drive change management efforts tied to business transformation, restructuring, and new market initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior HRBP or strategic HR generalist role
• Demonstrated success partnering with VP- and C-suite-level leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong command of organizational design, workforce planning, and change management principles
• Exceptional ability to influence without authority and build credibility across all levels of an organization
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate people data into actionable business recommendations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; advanced degree or SHRM-SCP/SPHR certification a plus
• Experience in consumer products, technology, or a similarly dynamic, innovation-driven industry strongly preferred
