Janney Roofing is hiring a full-time Neighborhood Outreach Specialist – OPS Rep to work directly in the Casselberry, Seminole County, FL area, connecting with homeowners and growing our community presence one conversation at a time.

About the Role

As a Neighborhood Outreach Specialist at Janney Roofing, you'll be the face of our brand in residential neighborhoods throughout Casselberry and the surrounding Seminole County communities. This is an active, field-based position built for someone who thrives on face-to-face interaction, takes pride in helping homeowners, and wants to grow with a company that values its people. The base compensation for this role is $46,800 per year.

What You'll Do

• Canvas residential neighborhoods in the Casselberry area to introduce Janney Roofing's services to homeowners
• Initiate genuine conversations with residents, identify roofing concerns, and schedule follow-up appointments
• Educate homeowners on roof inspections, storm damage, and maintenance options in a clear, approachable way
• Represent the Janney Roofing brand with professionalism and integrity on every interaction
• Track leads, appointments, and outreach activity to support the broader sales team
• Collaborate with field inspectors and sales staff to ensure a smooth handoff and positive customer experience
• Meet daily and weekly outreach goals set by team leadership

What We're Looking For

• Confident, outgoing communicator who genuinely enjoys meeting and helping people
• Self-starter who can manage their time independently while working in the field
• Reliable and professional — you represent Janney Roofing at every door
• Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions throughout Seminole County
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Prior experience in door-to-door outreach, canvassing, community engagement, or direct sales is a plus but not required
