About the Role

As a Truck Driver Team Driver with XPO in Hollidaysburg, Blair County, you and your driving partner will operate dedicated, full-time routes that connect XPO facilities. This dry van position pairs steady, predictable runs with new sleeper trucks built for comfort on the road, so your team can keep rolling and keep the miles adding up. Drivers with as little as 1–5 months of verifiable experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Run assigned dedicated lanes between XPO terminals as one half of a two-person driving team.
• Transport dry van freight safely, on schedule, and in compliance with all DOT and company regulations.
• Coordinate driving and rest cycles with your teammate to maximize uptime and meet delivery commitments.
• Take advantage of XPO's no-touch, in-house freight handling — no loading or unloading at customer sites.
• Plan stops using XPO's network of roughly 160 fueling locations to minimize downtime and delays.
• Maintain accurate logs and perform routine pre- and post-trip inspections on your sleeper tractor.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
• Between 1 and 5 months of recent, verifiable driving experience.
• Willingness and ability to drive as part of a dedicated team operation.
• Clean driving record and commitment to safe, compliant operation.
• Comfortable with extended over-the-road runs in a sleeper truck.
