Holstrom, Block & Parke, APLC is growing its family law practice and seeking a driven Associate Family Law Attorney to join our respected legal team in Newport Beach, Orange County. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity to learn alongside experienced practitioners while building a rewarding litigation career.

About the Role

As an Associate Family Law Attorney with Holstrom, Block & Parke, APLC, you will represent clients across a range of family law matters in Newport Beach and throughout Orange County. We are expanding and want attorneys who are hungry to develop their craft, collaborate closely with colleagues, and deliver thoughtful, client-focused advocacy in and out of the courtroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage family law cases, including dissolution, custody, support, and related proceedings.
• Handle litigation tasks such as hearings, motions, and court appearances.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Draft pleadings, agreements, and legal correspondence with precision.
• Work alongside senior attorneys and support staff as part of a unified team.

Qualifications

• Approximately two years of hands-on family law experience.
• Strong communication and litigation skills.
• A genuine eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and dedication to client outcomes.
• Active membership in the California State Bar and authorization to practice in California.
