About the Role
Aligned Talent Acquisition is partnering with a top-ranked AmLaw 50 law firm to fill a full-time Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney position based in Cleveland. In this hybrid role, you will advise banks, institutional lenders, private investors, and borrowers as they navigate complex commercial real estate finance matters. It is an excellent fit for a driven attorney who wants meaningful responsibility on high-value transactions within a nationally recognized practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel financial institutions, lenders, investors, and borrowers across sophisticated commercial real estate finance deals.
- Structure, negotiate, and document loan agreements, financings, and related real estate transactions.
- Conduct due diligence and review title, survey, and closing documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to move transactions efficiently from term sheet through closing.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Ohio, or eligibility to become licensed.
- Demonstrated experience in real estate finance, commercial lending, or related transactional work.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities, with sharp attention to detail.
- Capacity to manage multiple matters and collaborate effectively in a hybrid Cleveland-based setting.
