AD West Realty is hiring a dedicated Property Maintenance Repair Technician to keep our residential communities safe, functional, and welcoming. This 32-hour-per-week, on-site role is based in Pinehurst, Snohomish County, serving residents near Edmonds, WA.

About the Role

As a Property Maintenance Repair Technician with AD West Realty, you will handle day-to-day upkeep and repairs across two apartment properties totaling 31 units. This is a full-time, on-site position scheduled at 32 hours per week, with pay starting at $23.00–$30.00 per hour depending on experience. It is an excellent fit for a hands-on professional who takes pride in maintaining quality affordable housing.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete routine and emergency maintenance requests across the two assigned properties
• Perform general repairs spanning plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and fixtures
• Prepare vacant units for new residents through cleaning, painting, and turnover repairs
• Maintain common areas, grounds, and building exteriors in safe, presentable condition
• Diagnose issues accurately and carry out timely, cost-effective fixes
• Keep clear records of completed work and supply needs

Qualifications

• Practical experience in property, facilities, or apartment maintenance and repair
• Working knowledge of common building systems and general handyman skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize across multiple units and properties
• Reliable attendance and a customer-focused approach to resident service
• Availability for on-site work in the Pinehurst / Edmonds, WA area
