About the Role
As a Community Asset Manager, you will take ownership of one of our apartment communities, balancing day-to-day property operations with the strategic goal of protecting and increasing the asset's value over time. This position blends hands-on multifamily management with leasing, marketing, and a genuine commitment to an outstanding resident experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the daily operations of an assigned multifamily apartment community in the Coeur d'Alene–Post Falls–Rathdrum area.
- Cultivate a positive resident experience that supports strong retention and satisfaction.
- Oversee leasing activity and marketing initiatives to keep occupancy and demand healthy.
- Implement strategies that preserve and grow the community's long-term value as a real estate asset.
- Coordinate the operational, financial, and service functions that keep the property running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in residential or multifamily property management.
