Upstate Construction and Development is hiring a full-time Traveling Retail Store Remodeler based out of North Decatur, DeKalb County, for hands-on professionals who thrive on overnight work and frequent travel to project sites across the country.

About the Role

As a Traveling Retail Store Remodeler with Upstate Construction and Development, you will help transform active retail environments through store resets, remodels, and fixture installation. This is an overnight position that involves regular travel to support projects nationwide, so flexibility and a willingness to be on the road are essential. A completed employment application is required to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out retail store remodels and resets, often working overnight to minimize disruption to store operations
• Assemble, install, and adjust fixtures, displays, and shelving to project specifications
• Handle merchandising tasks, including organizing and positioning product according to planograms
• Travel to assigned job sites in different regions as projects require
• Collaborate with the on-site crew to keep each remodel on schedule and finished to standard

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience with retail store remodels, resets, or rollouts
• Background in fixture installation and merchandising
• Availability to work overnight shifts on a full-time basis
• Willingness and ability to travel for projects nationwide
• Completion of the required employment application
