Order.co is hiring a full-time Product Information Management Specialist based in the US to take ownership of the systems and data that keep our purchasing platform accurate, competitive, and easy to buy from.
About the Role
As a Product Information Management Specialist at Order.co, you will be the steward of our product catalog — curating, refining, and continuously improving the data that powers smarter buying decisions. Through careful data management, vendor research, and pricing analysis, you'll help customers purchase more efficiently while uncovering cost savings and supporting Order.co's revenue growth. This is a US-based, full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance Order.co's product catalog to keep listings accurate, complete, and easy to navigate.
- Manage detailed product information and structured data to streamline the customer purchasing experience.
- Conduct vendor research to source the right products and strengthen catalog coverage.
- Analyze and optimize pricing to surface cost-saving opportunities for customers.
- Review orders in real time to identify catalog gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure product data supports purchasing efficiency and revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing large sets of product data.
- Experience with product information management, catalog operations, or data administration.
- Comfort with vendor research and pricing analysis to drive cost savings.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret order data and act on it.
- Organized, self-directed, and able to balance accuracy with speed in a full-time role.
