Join VeSync as a Senior UX Researcher in Tustin, Orange County, and lead user research initiatives for a rapidly growing portfolio of consumer health and wellness brands. We're seeking an experienced researcher to shape product decisions through evidence-based user insights and strategic design direction.
About the Role
As our Senior UX Researcher, you'll drive the discovery and validation that informs product development across our brands. You'll work closely with product and design teams to understand user needs, identify market opportunities, and ensure our products deliver exceptional experiences. This is a full-time position based in our Tustin office.
What You'll Do
- Design and conduct comprehensive user research studies including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and contextual inquiries
- Develop research strategies and methodologies that answer critical product questions
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and recommendations for product teams
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to translate user needs into product improvements
- Build and maintain research artifacts including personas, journey maps, and design recommendations
- Present research findings and strategic insights to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
- Establish best practices for user research across the organization
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX research, design research, or related field
- Demonstrated expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Strong ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives
- Experience partnering effectively with product and design teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-directed approach with ability to manage multiple research initiatives independently
- Familiarity with consumer products or hardware research a plus
