Partnership Outreach Coordinator

NoGigiddy is hiring a full-time Partnership Outreach Coordinator in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, to help grow the network of partners that power our community of gig workers and side hustlers. About the Role

As the Partnership Outreach Coordinator at NoGigiddy, you will be the connective tissue between our platform and the companies, gig services, and tools that bring real earning opportunities to our users. Based in Philadelphia, this is an on-site, full-time position focused on identifying potential partners, opening doors, and nurturing the kind of relationships that fuel sustainable growth. You'll work closely with our team to expand the catalog of opportunities our community depends on.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective partners, including remote job providers, gig platforms, survey companies, and financial tools
• Lead outreach efforts through email, calls, and in-person meetings to introduce NoGigiddy and spark new collaborations
• Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing and potential partners
• Coordinate and track partnership pipelines, follow-ups, and agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnerships with the needs of our gig-worker community
• Represent the NoGigiddy mission with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport quickly
• Self-motivated and organized, able to manage multiple outreach efforts at once
• Comfortable with cold outreach and persistent, thoughtful follow-up
• An understanding of, or genuine interest in, the gig economy and non-traditional work
• Able to work full-time and on-site in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County
