Deloitte's ConvergeHEALTH practice is hiring a Commercial Life Sciences Delivery Manager for Managed Platform as a Service (MPaaS) to lead growth-focused innovation and delivery transformation in International, King County.

About the Role

As a ConvergeHEALTH Commercial Life Sciences Delivery Manager focused on Managed Platform as a Service (MPaaS), you will sit within Deloitte's Innovation & Delivery Transformation team — the group charged with discovering, cultivating, and scaling the capabilities that will define tomorrow's life sciences market. Rather than leaning on established playbooks, this team places deliberate bets on where meaningful growth will emerge three, five, and ten years ahead. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in International, King County.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Managed Platform as a Service (MPaaS) engagements for commercial life sciences clients.
• Identify, develop, and scale emerging capabilities that help Deloitte compete and win in new markets.
• Drive innovation and transformation initiatives aligned to long-horizon growth opportunities.
• Partner across teams to nurture new offerings from early concept through to market success.
• Champion forward-looking strategies that anticipate where the life sciences industry is heading.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery management experience, ideally within commercial life sciences or managed services environments.
• Familiarity with Platform as a Service (PaaS) or Managed Platform as a Service (MPaaS) delivery models.
• A track record of building and scaling new capabilities or offerings in evolving markets.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
• Willingness to work full-time and on-site in International, King County.
