Accenture is hiring a full-time Google GECX Contact Center as a Service Specialist in West Slope, Washington County, to help enterprises reimagine customer engagement through Google Cloud and Gemini-powered technologies.

About the Role

As a Google GECX Contact Center as a Service Specialist at Accenture, you will work on-site in West Slope, Washington County, designing and delivering next-generation customer experience solutions built on Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX). This role sits at the intersection of cloud modernization, conversational AI, and data-driven analytics, giving you the chance to shape how organizations connect with their customers in real time.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize Contact Center as a Service solutions powered by Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX).
• Configure and deploy Voice AI capabilities to streamline and elevate customer interactions.
• Leverage BigQuery and Looker to build real-time analytics and surface actionable insights.
• Apply Vertex AI and Gemini Foundation Models to develop intelligent, scalable customer experience workflows.
• Support clients in modernizing their data ecosystems and responsibly scaling AI adoption.
• Collaborate across Accenture Cloud First and the Accenture Google Business Group (AGBG) to deliver integrated cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud technologies, ideally within contact center or customer experience environments.
• Familiarity with conversational and Voice AI platforms and modern customer engagement tools.
• Working knowledge of data and analytics services such as BigQuery and Looker.
• Exposure to AI and machine learning platforms including Vertex AI and Gemini Foundation Models.
• Strong collaboration skills and a passion for helping clients scale AI responsibly.
• Willingness to work on-site in West Slope, Washington County (this is not a remote position).
