About the Role

The Workplace Relations Advisor will report to the Workplace Relations Manager and provide specialist employee and industrial relations advice. Key responsibilities include developing effective strategies, processes, and interventions to meet the department’s requirements under the Enterprise Agreement and Commonwealth legislation. The role involves conducting internal investigations into suspected APS Code of Conduct breaches.
