About the Role

The Workplace Relations team is a crucial part of CommBank's Group People Services within Human Resources. This role involves providing operational workplace relations and human resources advice on matters such as performance management, misconduct, workplace grievance review, personal illness, discrimination/harassment, or dispute resolution.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on a wide range of workplace issues including but not limited to performance management, misconduct, and workplace grievances.
• Support the resolution of disputes through effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies related to employment relations.
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture by promoting fairness and inclusivity.

Skills & Qualifications

• A degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Australian employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle sensitive issues effectively.
• Proven experience in workplace relations or human resources roles.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
