As a Workday Adaptive Planning Sr Consultant at Deloitte, you will sit at the intersection of finance strategy and modern cloud technology. Working from our Grand Central, Manhattan location, you'll partner with clients to reimagine how their planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes operate — leaning on Deloitte's deep cross-industry experience to deliver outcomes that last. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity within a team dedicated to leading-edge ERP applications such as Workday Financials and Infor.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on configuring and optimizing Workday Adaptive Planning to streamline finance and supply-chain workflows.
• Collaborate directly with CFOs, CIOs, and Business Unit leaders to translate strategic goals into practical, scalable solutions.
• Help drive transformation initiatives that make planning processes more efficient and cost-effective.
• Contribute Deloitte's expertise across cloud-based ERP engagements, supporting design, implementation, and delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge that strengthens the broader practice.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and related cloud-based ERP applications.
• A solid grasp of finance, budgeting, and supply-chain processes within complex organizations.
• Consulting acumen, including the ability to engage senior stakeholders and lead client conversations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills suited to a senior-level role.
• Willingness to work on-site at the Grand Central, Manhattan location.
