What You'll Do

• Replenish freezer locations by moving cases or pallets from bulk storage to forward picking slots according to demand signals and priority lists

• Operate pallet jacks or forklifts (as certified) to transport frozen goods safely within the freezer and staging zones
• Rotate stock using first-expiry-first-out methods and report short or damaged product immediately
• Keep freezer aisles clear, organize residual cartons, and complete basic cleaning or ice-buildup checks as directed
• Follow cold-storage PPE requirements, lockout procedures, and company safety protocols at all times
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits focused on freezer zones when requested

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work productively and safely for extended periods inside freezer or cold-room conditions while wearing required protective clothing
• Physical fitness for standing, walking, lifting, and moving cases or pallets throughout a full shift
• Comfort operating manual or powered lift equipment after training; prior certification is an advantage
• Basic numeracy and attention to detail for verifying SKUs, lot numbers, and quantities
