Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Translate project requirements into detailed technical drawings, models, and specifications
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to refine designs for manufacturability, cost effectiveness, and performance
• Conduct thorough reviews of design packages to confirm alignment with standards, codes, and client expectations
• Prepare clear documentation, material lists, and revision records that keep stakeholders informed
• Identify potential conflicts or improvements early and propose practical solutions
• Support continuous refinement of designtemplates and workflows used across projects

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience in technical design or a closely related drafting and documentation role
• Proficiency with industry-standard computer-aided design tools and technical illustration practices
• Solid grounding in design principles, materials, and production methods relevant to technical work
• Strong analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks, prioritize effectively, and work productively both independently and in teams
• Post-secondary education in design, engineering technology, or an equivalent combination of training and professional background
