Vice President of Regional Operations

Core Linen Services is seeking a results-driven Vice President of Regional Operations to lead and elevate the performance of our large-scale laundry operations across North Carolina, US. This full-time, on-site leadership role is ideal for an executive who thrives on building operational excellence and delivering measurable regional growth.

About the Role

As Vice President of Regional Operations, you will provide strategic direction and hands-on oversight for several large regional laundry facilities. Reporting into corporate leadership, you will be accountable for the operational health, financial results, and long-term profitability of your region, ensuring every plant runs safely, efficiently, and in line with company-wide standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day and strategic operations across multiple high-volume regional laundry facilities.
• Drive operational excellence, productivity, and consistent service quality throughout the region.
• Own regional financial performance, including budgets, cost control, and profitability targets.
• Champion sustainable growth by improving efficiency and capitalizing on new opportunities.
• Partner closely with corporate leadership to keep regional execution aligned with broader company goals.
• Develop, coach, and hold accountable plant and facility management teams.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience overseeing multi-site operations, ideally within laundry, manufacturing, or industrial services.
• Demonstrated success driving operational excellence, financial performance, and profitable growth.
• Strong command of budgeting, P&L management, and key operational metrics.
• Skilled at building, leading, and motivating high-performing management teams.
• Willingness to be based in and travel throughout North Carolina, as this is a full-time, on-site role.
