About the Role
As Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, you'll hold executive responsibility for all aspects of manufacturing production, efficiency, and quality. What You'll Do
- Oversee all manufacturing production operations, ensuring consistently high output, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance manufacturing capacity
- Lead, mentor, and manage the manufacturing team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Monitor and optimize supply chain logistics, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Establish performance metrics and reporting systems that provide visibility into manufacturing KPIs and operational health
- Work cross-functionally with sales, planning, and finance to align production with company demand and business objectives
- Champion process improvements and identify opportunities for automation or technology adoption
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of manufacturing operations experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or management role
- Proven track record leading teams and delivering measurable improvements in production efficiency and quality
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
