In this full-time role, you'll lead complex, multi-service sales opportunities from initial qualification through contract signature, driving profitable growth while representing Accenture's consulting and technology capabilities to Fortune 500 clients.

About the Role

As a Sales Capture Senior Manager at Accenture, you'll own the entire sales cycle for large, strategic opportunities. You'll partner with account teams to identify and pursue high-value engagements, develop compelling sales strategies, and navigate complex decision-making processes to close deals that fuel business expansion.

What You'll Do

  • Lead enterprise sales opportunities from discovery through close, leveraging proven sales methodologies and deep understanding of deal dynamics
  • Originate new business opportunities and manage relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts
  • Develop winning proposals and sales collateral that articulate Accenture's value across multiple service lines and capabilities
  • Manage deal pipelines, forecast accurately, and report on sales activity and metrics to leadership
  • Collaborate with solution architects, service leads, and delivery teams to position integrated offerings that address client needs
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships that position Accenture for long-term growth and expanded scope

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record closing large, complex enterprise sales in consulting, technology, or professional services
  • Deep expertise in consultative selling and multi-stakeholder deal management
  • Strong command of the full sales process—qualification, needs analysis, proposal development, and negotiation
  • Ability to understand and articulate diverse service offerings and their business impact
  • Strategic thinking with strong communication, presentation, and influence skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and drive collaborative selling
