Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee field operations across active projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Lead, mentor, and develop superintendents and field leadership to build high-performing, accountable teams.
• Champion jobsite safety standards and a culture where every worker goes home safe.
• Partner with project executives, estimating, and preconstruction to translate plans into reliable field execution.
• Apply data and emerging construction technology to improve productivity, quality, and predictability on site.
• Monitor field performance metrics and resolve operational challenges before they affect delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in construction field operations, with a track record of leading large or complex projects.
• Proven ability to manage and grow field leadership teams across multiple sites.
• Deep knowledge of construction means, methods, safety practices, and scheduling.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills under deadline pressure.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Scranton, Lackawanna County area.
