About the Role
As a Vaccine Customer Representative with Merck, you will serve as a trusted resource for healthcare customers, delivering clinical knowledge about our vaccine portfolio alongside practical education and support tools. This full-time, on-site position is based in Helena, Lewis and Clark County, and centers on building productive relationships that ultimately raise immunization rates among appropriate patient populations.
Key Responsibilities
- Share accurate clinical and product information on Merck vaccines with providers, practices, and health systems.
- Provide customers with educational materials and resources that strengthen their immunization programs.
- Support the operational and financial side of customer relationships, including reimbursement guidance and assistance with contract adherence.
- Work closely with providers and systems to identify opportunities to increase vaccination coverage among suitable patients.
- Act as a dependable point of contact, addressing customer questions and connecting them with the right solutions.
Qualifications
- Comfort communicating clinical and reimbursement information clearly to healthcare professionals.
- Strong relationship-building skills with providers, practices, and health systems.
- Ability to understand customer operational and financial needs and respond with relevant resources.
- Self-direction and organization suited to a full-time, field-facing role based in Helena, Lewis and Clark County.
