About the Role

As an Operations Manager, you'll oversee floor operations across multiple business lines, including Sam's Club merchandise, Walmart.com fulfillment, HMSC (Home Shopping), returns processing, and regional inventory management. You'll work directly with associates, inventory teams, and customer service to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent execution of company standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coach floor teams across fashion, jewelry, imports, and returns departments to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets
• Develop and communicate operational plans that align with store goals for productivity, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and optimize staff schedules, workload distribution, and performance metrics to match customer traffic and business demands
• Implement process improvements to reduce shrink, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience
• Oversee merchandise placement, inventory accuracy, and returns handling to maximize sales and minimize loss
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams managing Walmart.com orders, Sam's Club integration, and regional initiatives
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members; provide coaching and accountability to drive results
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve operational issues on the floor in real time
