The Opportunity

Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is seeking a Trusts & Statutory Fundraising Officer to join our dedicated Fundraising Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people facing homelessness. The position is based in London and is part-time with no remote working options.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with trusts, foundations, and statutory bodies to secure funding opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit grant applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Contribute to the development of fundraising strategies and campaigns that align with Centrepoint’s goals.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of funded projects, ensuring compliance with funder requirements.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in trusts or statutory fundraising within a similar role.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to engage with potential funders effectively.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in preparing and submitting grant applications, including budgeting and reporting.
