Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on and practical Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance function across Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) and Malaysia, reporting directly to the CEO. This role will focus on strong financial control, governance, cost management, while ensuring alignment with the reporting and compliance standards of our listed parent company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans that align with the overall business objectives.
- Maintain accurate and timely financial records and reports for management and external stakeholders.
