Company Truck Driver – OTR

U.S. Xpress - OTR — Prosser, Washington

The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Drivers for U.S. Xpress - OTR at our location in Prosser, Washington. As a solo driver, you will be responsible for operating dry van trucks and delivering freight across the United States. This position offers an average of 2,000 miles per week with a consistent and planned schedule that provides predictable home time.

• 52 - 56 CPM (based on experience)
• Average $2,000 sign-on bonus
• 100% no-touch freight
• Paid vacation
• Performance bonuses for top 20%
• $1,500 weekly run for the best drivers
• Run 28 days out with 5 days home

Your Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

• Safe and efficient operation of dry van trucks on long-haul routes
• Punctual delivery of freight to designated locations across the U.S.
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, miles driven, and fuel consumption
• Performing pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures related to safety and operations

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• 1-5 months of OTR driving experience (required)
• A valid CDL-A license with appropriate endorsements
• Prior experience in dry van operations is preferred but not required
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance with all company policies
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
