Role Overview

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Over The Road (OTR) Truck Drivers for U.S. Xpress. This role offers a competitive pay structure based on experience with an average of 52-56 cents per mile (CPM). Solo OTR drivers can expect to log approximately 2,000 miles per week and earn up to $1,500 weekly.

• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
• No Touch Freight: Consistent, planned schedule with predictable home time
• Bonuses: Performance bonuses available for top 20% of OTR drivers
• Schedule: Run 28 days out and get 5 days home

Core Duties

• Pick up and deliver freight across the United States
• Maintain accurate logs and records of deliveries and mileage
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Adhere to safe driving practices at all times

What You Bring

• A valid CDL-A license
• 1-5 months of OTR driving experience (required)
• Prior experience with dry van operations is preferred but not mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company policies
