Position Summary

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Drivers to join our team at U.S. Xpress - OTR in Poinciana, Florida. This is a full-time opportunity with an average of 48-60 miles per mile paid (CPM) based on experience. Solo OTR drivers can expect to drive approximately 2,000 miles per week and earn $2,000 in sign-on bonuses.

• 1-5 months' driving experience required
• No touch freight operations
• Predictable home time schedule
• Performance-based bonuses for top 20%
• Run 28 days out, get 5 days home

Core Duties

• Pick up and deliver freight across the U.S.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and miles driven
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Communicate effectively with dispatch to ensure timely pickups and deliveries

What You Bring

• A valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record
• 1-5 months of over-the-road driving experience (required)
