About the Role

This full-time traveling associate dentist position offers the opportunity to practice across multiple communities while delivering comprehensive dental services to diverse patient populations. You'll combine clinical excellence with the flexibility of assignment-based work, making a direct impact on the health and well-being of patients throughout our practice network.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and treat dental conditions using evidence-based clinical protocols
• Perform restorative, preventive, cosmetic, and comprehensive dental procedures
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical assessment
• Build lasting relationships with patients and contribute to excellent care experiences
• Collaborate with hygienists, support staff, and other clinical professionals across locations
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Engage in continuing professional education and skill advancement

What We're Looking For

• Valid, unrestricted dental license in the state of assignment (or eligibility to obtain)
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Openness to travel and multi-location practice assignments
• Demonstrated commitment to high-quality patient-centered care
• Strong professional communication and teamwork abilities
• Current CPR certification and other credentials as required by state regulations
