The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Travel Telemetry Tech for a full-time position in Davenport, IA. This is a 13-week contract starting on August 11, 2026, with nights as the primary shift.
- Shift: 12-hour nights (3 days x 12 hours)
- Hours per week: 36
- Pay rate: $971 per week
Key Responsibilities
The Travel Telemetry Tech will be responsible for monitoring and managing patient telemetry equipment. Key duties include:
- Ensuring accurate and timely data transmission from patient monitors to the central station
- Assisting with the setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of telemetry systems
- Maintaining a high level of patient care by promptly addressing any alarms or issues
- Documenting all activities related to telemetry monitoring in accordance with hospital policies
What You Bring
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Iowa or eligible for licensure
- Minimum of 1 year experience in telemetry monitoring
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Aptitude for working independently as well as part of a team
