The Opportunity
GHR Healthcare - Travel Division is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in Behavioral Health for a 12-week travel nursing assignment in Michigan City, Indiana. This role offers a competitive pay package of $1,966 per week and requires a full-time commitment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans under the guidance of psychiatrists
- Provide psychiatric care to patients in various settings including hospitals, clinics, or other healthcare facilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Administer medications as directed by a physician
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced RN with a strong background in Behavioral Health. Key qualifications include:
- A current and valid RN license in the state of Michigan or eligible for licensure
