About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site travel Physical Therapist position based in Russellville, AR. The contract runs for 13 weeks with an anticipated start date of July 13, 2026, and follows a day schedule of five 8-hour shifts each week. As a Travel PT with Aya Healthcare, you will deliver hands-on patient care while enjoying the flexibility and support that come with a leading travel staffing agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans to restore mobility and function
  • Provide therapeutic interventions, exercises, and rehabilitation services across a day shift schedule
  • Track patient progress and adjust care plans to support recovery goals
  • Document treatment accurately and collaborate with the broader care team
  • Educate patients and families on home programs and ongoing wellness

Qualifications

  • Active Physical Therapist (PT) licensure valid for practice in Arkansas
  • Willingness to complete a 13-week travel contract in Russellville, AR
  • Availability for a Monday–Friday day shift of five 8-hour days
  • Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills
