What You'll Do

• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, pain levels, and functional limitations through comprehensive physical assessments
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with physician orders and evidence-based physical therapy protocols
• Conduct hands-on therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modality-based treatments
• Monitor patient progress, document clinical outcomes, and adjust treatment strategies based on functional improvement
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, nurses, and other care team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain detailed, compliant electronic health records and ensure adherence to facility protocols and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

• Current PT license to practice in Oregon
• Bachelor's degree minimum in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred)
• Demonstrated clinical experience in acute, rehabilitation, or outpatient settings
