About This Position
Coast Medical Service is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel nursing position in St Marys, St. Joseph County, South Bend, Indiana. The role involves working in the Telemetry department on a full-time basis.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and provide appropriate care as per medical orders and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and mobility as needed
- Document all patient interactions and care activities in the medical record
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a RN with experience in Telemetry. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A current RN license is required, as well as a valid driver's license.
