RN ICU - Natchez, Colorado — TRS Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN for an ICU position in Natchez, Mississippi.
What This Role Involves
This role involves providing critical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting. As a registered nurse (RN), you will be responsible for managing complex patient cases and ensuring high-quality care under tight time constraints. The position requires working 12-hour night shifts, with a total of 36 hours per week over a duration of 13 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and monitor patients' conditions in the ICU setting
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Provide advanced life support (ALS) care when necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records
Skills & Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Critical Care Nursing Certification preferred
- Minimum of 1 year ICU experience required
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- PMPM travel compensation package of $1,707 per week
