About the Role
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract position on the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Envista Resources in Great Falls, Montana. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient care and develop your skills in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Core Duties
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the PCU/IMC unit.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications as prescribed by a physician.
- Perform various medical procedures as required.
What You Bring
- A current and valid RN license in the state of Montana or eligible for licensure.
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care nursing experience, preferably in a PCU/IMC setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize patient needs efficiently.
