Travel Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse

Role Overview

This 13-week travel nursing assignment offers the chance to deliver specialized patient care in a clinical environment that values your expertise. You'll work as a core member of the nursing team, applying your proficiency in med-surg and telemetry nursing to support patient outcomes. The position begins July 24, 2026, with a consistent schedule: 36 hours per week on three 12-hour night shifts, giving you stability and predictability throughout your assignment.

Core Duties

• Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients, monitoring cardiac rhythms and vital signs with close attention
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, implement clinical interventions, and maintain accurate medical documentation
• Partner with attending physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated, evidence-based treatment
• Address patient requests and clinical needs during night-shift hours, escalating concerns to appropriate staff members
• Uphold state licensure standards, hospital protocols, and patient safety practices throughout your tenure

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license, active and in good standing in the applicable state
• Demonstrated experience or competency in medical-surgical nursing and telemetry patient care
• Capability to work night shifts and maintain clinical performance during evening and overnight hours
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced healthcare settings
