Position Summary
Mesa Health is seeking a travel nurse Registered Nurse (RN) for Labor and Delivery to join our team in Englewood, Colorado. This 13-week assignment offers a full-time commitment with a 36-hour workweek, working the night shift, 12 hours per day.
Core Duties
- Care for high-risk pregnancies and deliveries
- Assist in the management of labor and delivery patients
- Provide patient education on postpartum care and neonatal care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document all clinical activities accurately and maintain patient confidentiality
What We're Looking For
- A registered nurse (RN) with a current license in Colorado or eligible for licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery
- Strong clinical skills, including assessment, intervention, and evaluation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
