About the Role

As a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist, you'll be an essential member of the interventional cardiology team, providing skilled technical assistance during cardiac catheterization procedures. You'll work in a fast-paced, procedure-driven setting where precision, adaptability, and clinical judgment matter every day.

What You'll Do

• Assist interventional cardiologists and nursing staff during cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, and related procedures
• Prepare and maintain specialized catheterization equipment, including imaging systems, hemodynamic monitoring devices, and procedural supplies
• Ensure sterile technique and infection control protocols are followed throughout each procedure
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and procedure data with attention to clinical detail
• Position patients appropriately and provide technical support during complex interventional cases
• Troubleshoot equipment and communicate promptly with the clinical team to maintain procedure flow
• Contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement on the cardiology team

What We're Looking For

• Current certification as a Registered Cardiac Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Radiology Technologist (RRPT)
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• Demonstrated experience working in a cardiac catheterization laboratory
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and common catheterization procedures
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team-based environment
• Commitment to patient safety and adherence to regulatory and institutional protocols
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and support the technical demands of the role
