About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Nurse Registered Nurse (RN) for our Cardiac Med-Surg / Telemetry unit in South Des Moines, Iowa. This is an exciting opportunity to join Prime Staffing and contribute your expertise while experiencing a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and provide appropriate care as per medical orders
- Administer medications accurately and monitor patients for adverse reactions
- Assist with diagnostic procedures, treatments, and patient education
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document all patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with hospital policies
What You Bring
- A current RN license in the state of Iowa
- Minimum 1 year experience in Med-Surg / Telemetry
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior travel nursing experience is preferred but not required
