Position Summary

We are seeking a Transportation Manager to join our newly formed transportation team, led by a former Amazon executive. This role is critical within Bigblue Operations and will play a key part in ensuring the seamless logistics of 600+ brands across Europe.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize the transportation network to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, warehousing, and customer service, to improve overall logistics efficiency.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and implement strategies for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to negotiate rates and ensure compliance with transportation policies.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French & English.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation management, or a related field.
• Prior experience working in e-commerce or B2B environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams.
