Role Overview

As part of the Trade Counter team in Richmond, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our trade customers. Your role involves a variety of tasks including product demonstrations, order processing, and maintaining an organized and efficient counter space.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist trade customers with product selection and information requests
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage the Trade Counter area to ensure a clean and inviting environment for customers
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required
• Support other members of the Trade Counter team when necessary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or counter service role is advantageous but not essential
• A strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and transactions
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Basic computer literacy, including the ability to use point-of-sale systems
