Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Retail Assistant to join our team at Aldi Supermarkets in Acacia Ridge. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-stocked and providing excellent customer service.

Core Duties

• Stock shelves with products, ensuring all items are neatly arranged and visible to customers.
• Assist customers in finding items and provide product information as needed.
• Ensure the store is clean and presentable at all times.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Skills & Qualifications

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
• Basic knowledge of grocery store operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
