About the Role

As a Construction Project Engineer, you will manage technical oversight and coordination for complex mechanical and electrical construction projects. Based in Ashburn, you'll work across project delivery, quality assurance, and client coordination to ensure successful execution of mission-critical facilities.

What You'll Do

• Oversee mechanical and electrical construction activities and progress on assigned projects
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality performance against project requirements
• Coordinate between field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders on project execution and compliance
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy and constructability
• Conduct site inspections and document construction progress and milestones
• Support preconstruction planning, proposal development, and value engineering efforts

Project Experience

You will support construction and service work on high-profile commercial and government projects, including data centers, hospitals, sports stadiums, convention centers, hotels, and research laboratories across the eastern United States.

What We're Looking For

• Education and experience in construction project management, field engineering, or mechanical/electrical construction
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and construction processes
• Strong communication and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Proficiency with standard construction documentation and project management tools
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
