About the Role

As an Intermediate Construction Professional with The Perry Group, you'll take a direct, active role in field construction operations. This position places you at the center of design-build and general construction projects, supporting everything from plant improvements to facilities infrastructure and specialized water-related work. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee and support construction activities and project delivery on active field sites
• Coordinate between project teams, supervisors, and trade professionals to meet quality and schedule objectives
• Manage construction materials, equipment, and site resources with attention to efficiency and cost control
• Monitor and document construction progress, field conditions, and project performance
• Identify and collaborate on solutions for on-site challenges and schedule conflicts
