About the Role
We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our winning team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be the face of Duro Dyne across your assigned region, driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
Core Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within designated territory
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges
What We're Looking For
- A highly motivated team player with a proven track record in sales management or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in the HVAC industry is preferred but not required
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary for this role
